With over 18 years of experience in management consulting, she brings a unique combination of cross-industry expertise and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dr. Hoxha holds a PhD in Management, an Executive MBA, and certifications as a Digital Transformation Expert (CDTE) and Management Consultant (CMC).
She has a proven track record in strategy development, process improvement, business modeling, export development, and operational excellence. Dr. Hoxha has also contributed significantly to public administration and pharmaceutical regulatory management, with over a decade of experience in these fields.
With a distinguished track record of delivering impactful solutions across diverse industries—including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, BPO, waste management, media, and education—as well as private, government, and non-government sectors, Dr. Hoxha specializes in implementing integrated management systems (quality, information security, food safety, AI), designing growth strategies, driving organizational development, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Her expertise also encompasses ESG practices and corporate governance frameworks.

Shkipe Oseku is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in project management, payroll systems, HR operations, and organizational leadership. With a strong background in managing complex payroll implementations, including GlobalView, Streamline, and Celergo, she has successfully led projects across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Her ability to bridge HR, finance, and operational leadership ensures seamless transitions and process improvements for organizations.
Shkipe has held key roles in multinational organizations, including as P&C Operations Team Leader at Philip Morris International, where she oversaw payroll, benefits, and compensation for the Nordic region. Her deep understanding of payroll legislation, organizational change management, and risk mitigation has made her a trusted advisor for businesses navigating complex transitions. She has also served as a senior team leader and consultant for firms like Azets Insight and Venue Retail Group, where she streamlined payroll processes and enhanced operational efficiency.
In addition to her corporate experience, Shkipe has a strong entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed consulting firms such as O&G Consulting and AULON. Her work in staffing, recruitment, and HR consulting within the oil and gas industry, as well as her contributions to organizational restructuring and performance management, highlight her versatility and leadership acumen.
